• Our shipping rates include insurance, handling, packaging and shipping costs
• Although we try to ship items within 72 hours of cleared payment, shipping times may vary
• Please allow 7-10 days for local delivery and 21-28 days for delivery to the U.S.A.
• Coinhutt is not responsible for customs fees or duties associated with international shipping
• Coinhutt reserves the right to self-ensure any item.
• Heavy and Large orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will have the option of paying the extra shipping or cancelling the order.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

Please expect processing and shipping delays during the Covid-19 outbreak. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or combine orders during this time and ORDER PICKUP IS NOT PERMITTED.

 

• All prices are subject to change without notice. No sale is final until Coinhutt approves the order. As we sell our items on multiple platforms, some stock may inaccurately show as being available. If you purchase an out-of-stock item, you will be notified and refunded accordingly. 
• Coinhutt reserves the right to adjust bullion orders within 24 hours of placing the order to reflect spot price increases.  If you receive notification of an adjusted order/price, you will have the option to cancel the order in whole or in part, and receive a refund as is applicable.  
• Coinhutt reserves the right to limit available quantities for sale on any item listed on the website.
• Coinhutt reserves the right to change and update our Terms of Sale at any time without notice.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order confirmation carefully, including the listed Shipping Address. If you notice an error or wish to change your shipping address, please notify us immediately by email at [email protected]
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with the exception of Statutory Holidays.
• Pre-Ordered items will be subject to shipping delays as listed on the website. ALL items on the order will be shipped when the Pre-Ordered items are received and processed.  
• With the exception of Original or OBW coin rolls, coin lots may be shipped without a plastic container. Coins and Bullion items may be shipped without a capsule, except as otherwise stated in the listing.
• Please read the listing descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing an item.  Many of the images on our website are stock photos and are merely representative examples of the item you will receive. As such, serial and certificate numbers shown may differ to the item you ultimately receive, except as otherwise indicated in the listing. If a grade or grade range is provided in the listing, this is based on our opinion. Coinhutt will not be held responsible if a 3rd party professional grader assigns a different grade to the item.
• Coinhutt will not be held responsible for unintentional listing errors or typographical errors and, on this basis, reserves the right to cancel any order placed.
• Free Shipping applies to Standard Shipping within Canada only. International Shipping and Shipping to the U.S.A. do not qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping within Canada is offered for orders above $500.00, before applicable Shipping Charges and Taxes.

 

Bullion

• Returns on Bullion Items are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Bullion may be subject to minor toning, small scratches/imperfections and/or milk spots. 
• Coinhutt makes every effort to maintain current and up-to-date bullion pricing, however we reserve the right to adjust the price of our bullion items after an order is placed to reflect any material spot price increases. Customers will be notified within 24 hours of order placement, and will, at that time, have the option to cancel the order or pay the adjusted amount.

 

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, however, unless the item is damaged or received in error, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the value of the item may be charged. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to arrange a return.  Items MUST be received in the condition in which they were received, complete with the original packaging and a copy of the original invoice.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.  

• Returns on Bullion items or clearance/sale items are not accepted unless damaged or sent in error.

• Returns on Coin Rolls are not accepted for reasons that the coins on each end are both showing the obverse or reverse of the coin, nor will returns be accepted if the number of colored coins in mixed rolls are not to your satisfaction. Coinhutt cannot accept returns on any rolls that have been opened or damaged by the purchaser.

• Coinhutt will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Payments

• All items listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars.
• We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Cheque, Money Order, Bank Draft and E-Transfer.  All cheques must clear our bank account before the order is processed, which may take up to 10 business days. Please do not mail cash.  If you do not wish to enter your credit card information online, please contact us by phone at 1-705-250-1525. Do not leave a voice mail with your credit card information.

Sales Taxes

• Coinhutt is registered for GST/HST and therefore must charge GST/HST items shipped within Canada. Exceptions may apply for 99.99% pure silver and 99.99% pure gold.  Taxes are charged pursuant to the tax rates for destination province ie. in accordance with the shipping address, except where the shipping is arranged and paid for by the purchaser. In that case, HST (ON) is charged.
